HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MEDIOCRE FOOD!!

If you like HORRIBLE service from the waitress to the management, this place is for you! I should've know when it took 10 mins for anybody to even approach our table that we were doomed - - it only got worse from there. Cynthia, the waitress finally made her way to our table and took our order. One thing we ordered was a special they had that included 2 margaritas. After about 15 mins our margaritas still had not come. I nicely asked our waitress if our margaritas were coming and she said yes. After about another 10 mins, I kindly asked her if she wouldn't mind checking on our margaritas when she said "oh i forgot". She finally brings the margaritas, which I have to say were probably the worst margaritas I have ever had - - watered down and didn't have any flavor. Was I surprised......not at all....what did I expect....I could tell our waitress was bothered by me asking her to do her job. Ok fine, it's just a margarita. After another probably 15 minutes, Cynthia brings out one of the five entrees we ordered. I assumed she was headed back to the kitchen to get the rest of the food. We sat there for about another 10 minutes waiting for everybody else to get there food. When she finally brought out the rest of the food, I did ask her "was this is how this usually works - - you bring out some food and then have to wait 10 mins for the rest of the food". She responded with "it's just that we only have 2 cooks and they are backed up". Not once did she apologize! Of course the first entree was just warm by this time and we did let her know that. She did not care and was not interested in what I had to say and literally walked away while I was letting her know this. About two minutes later she returned to our table to refill my son's water that he asked her to. I said to her that I really didn't appreciate her walking away as I was just letting her know how disappointed we were with the service. She tells me that I, the customer, was rude to her which was farthest from the truth!! So we try to eat our food which of course by this time nothing tastes good. We bring this to the attention to the manager/owner (let me just point out was dressed like she just came from doing yoga in tight spandex pants and shirt - - hardly professional) and not once did she apologize. She DID offer us a dessert which we declined as our meal included dessert - - duh! She then offers a discount. To try to defuse the situation, we ask that we be given a different waitress when she told us "we are short staffed so that is not possible". REALLY??!!?? So of course, not more refills of our beverages, no more extra napkins. Finally another waitress comes to our table and asks if we would like to order dessert which I reminded her our meal included dessert. We asked for the check and of course NO discount! We point this out to the waitress (which I now regret) and she returns with our bill with a $10 Good Neighbor discount and a 15% discount card for a future visit.........hahahaha!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!?? I kindly declined the card. We make our way to the front when I was told the manager was on the phone with the cops. What a joke! The manager was mad because another customer had complained to her about the service and the manager said we were "screaming" telling other customers about the bad service. Again WHAT??!!?? THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVERY HAD AT A RESTAURANT. SO IF YOU WANT HORRIBLE,UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE, TERRIBLE MARGARITAS, AND MEDIOCRE FOOD, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Excellent food, . When we arrived the waitress said yes for the coupon we presented.. At the end of the meal the manager declined it. She didn't even come to talk about it with us. We
won't be back.
