Had a service appointment for a motorhome I had purchased out of state. I was told they would look at it today and they would order parts needed. Then I would return when parts were in to finish up. Left it there all day then returned to pick it up. I was told it hadn’t been looked at, and it would be a week before they could see it. This was warranty service. They told me they were not obliged to do warranty work on a unit bought elsewhere and some people wait a year or two to have work done. I drove 4 hours to have warranty work done as promised , which they failed to do. This is customer service at its worst. They have not only lost a service customer, but I would never buy a motorhome from them based on this experience.
Wow the amazing thing is we feel like we got a solid deal. Chris is a great guy and he treated us like family.
This is a very good RV Company. They are always friendly and the facility is amazing.
Just purchased my new camper. Got a great deal and we are very satisfied. They have evything RV the place is huge!!!
My family needed to rent a camper for a trip into the mountains. The RV America staff was friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend RV America to anyone looking to rent or buy. GO ROCKIES!!!
