Where do I even begin. On 04/16/14, I bought a flat iron and a curling iron, per my hairstylist's request. The lady at the counter with the penciled in eye brows helped me with the irons and she plugged them in to make sure they worked. I then went to the check out and paid for the items. When I got home I realized that the curling iron was not the size I needed. It was too big for my hair. I went back to the store a couple days later to get my money back ( the curling iron costs $30) and I was told that I could not get a refund. What? I was never told that the item was a final sale, that I couldn't get my money back, nor does it state it on the receipt. I was very upset and I told the three ladies that they never told me that and that I want my money back. One lady stated that she was not going to open her register to give me $30 and that there is nothing she can do for me. It's policy and she's not going to lose her job. Give me a break. I could go on and on, but to make it short, it became a bickering match. I then got the name of the manager (Bennie) and I spoke to him two days later. He tells me that I can't get my money back but I can get a store credit. What kind of crap is
that? I then asked for his bosses name and then he hung up on me. What a way to treat your customers. I think this place is horrible and I will never come back. They have no customer service what so ever and they are very rude. I will make sure that I pass the word. Support other beauty supply stores because this one sucks. You don't even deserve one star.

I always have a great experience coming here. They always have what I need and if I have any questions or concerns, I can call them before I make the drive and there's always someone there willing to help with friendly customer service Also, the previous review I read is incorrect, I've been coming here since 2005 and they've never given refunds, only store credit. So please don't expect one here.
