I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years, never missed or late on payments and compliant with all requests. Recently had to change policy, they requested documentation, I emailed requested documents immediately to underwriting dept.! Agent told me I would be receiving "notification of non-renewal" and I should disregard because I sent in requested documents. They didn't renew me, and I didn't receive any other documentation or information regarding this matter until I called to follow up. Now really GEICO, where is your customer service? I am very disappointed in them...
