It is always good to hear back from patients on things that we can improve upon. I apologize that you had a poor experience with our staff. Since your visit in 2012, we have made some changes to our staff members including bringing on the doctor's daughter as an office manager. We have also done staff trainings on professionalism, worked out some of the bugs with our new electronic health records, and have started sending out surveys and electronic messages to patients to receive extra feedback. Again, thank you for your personal feedback on your experience. We hope we have made changes so that future visits are more positive!



Great Doctor, horrible employees

Dr Maybury is incredible, he is very nice and thorough. Great sence of humor as well. However, most of the staff was very rude, barely greeted us, never looked us in the eye, seemed pissed and annulled we were even there the entire time. They were chatting to each other and ignoring customers. Not sure of her name, but the main glasses lady with dark red hair medium length was horribly rude and just plain mean to the customers I couldn't believe it. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience for being there.

I recommend because of the doctor, but be weary of the rude staff.
