was missing food from d-thru and mgr said he couldnt help

First off Del Taco has messed up several orders and usually I do not mind and dont say anything and just eat whatever. Drive thru employee forgot to add a burrito to my order, which i noticed on the receipt they tape to the outside of the bag, so I ran into the store and was helped my manager who was tall hispanic and had a little bit of weight to him (didnt catch his name but manager was on the nametag), told him the drive thru speaker was really low and a burrito got left off my order, so i bought another burrito, was driving down road and decided to check the rest of the bag (which i should have done originally had i known) and realized two tacos were missing out of my order as this point i had been studying for an exam, what was suppose to be a somewhat fast trip to del taco was turning into an ordeal and i didnt want to turn around. I called the del taco asked for the manager and told him what had happened. He didnt remember who i was despite having been there 10 minutes prior and he said no other manager was there, then he put me on hold for 15 minutes only to come back and tell me that the drive thru employee said she put the tacos in the bag and that there was nothing he was going to do about it. What i wanted was him to just write my name so the next time i came in i could get the two tacos i already paid for, what i got was a my employee said she put them in there so I dont care what you say stance, when clearly i wouldnt have called if this had been the horrible horrible customer service, makes me think that had i gone to management about the many things this place messes up prior to this that i likely would have stopped being a customer a long time ago. The fact that i have now written three letters on their corp website that say will reply within 48 hours and still received no word back makes it clear that del taco as a whole entity just really doesnt care. So I will be running for the border and the taco bell that i passed every day to go to del taco, will have my business and I deter people from eating at a place that has so little disregard for its customers, and a mangement staff that lacks professionalism on all accounts.
