- Curbside Inc., locally owned and operating out of Aurora, Colorado, was established in 1994. Curbside is insured and bonded, and is a long standing member of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, and is a member of the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID). Curbside prides itself on customer service and this starts with their employees. All current and prospective employees of Curbside must pass extensive background checks and drug screening. All employees must wear company supplied photo I.D. badges and they must have a clean, neat appearance. Curbside drivers/customer service representatives keep regular routes and the company does this to foster strong relationships with our customers. Our bonded drivers/customer service representatives are required to obtain a signature from all company representatives with the indication of the number of containers of materials being released to Curbside for destruction. We currently offer “On-Site” shredding, M-F 8am-4pm, and Saturdays from 8am-12pm. Drop off service shredding capability enables our customers to witness, at their locations, the destruction of their materials, and have a certification of destruction issued immediately. On-Site shredding is an additional option to our plant-based program where the containers remain in our secured truck until it arrives at our secure shredding facility. The facility is completely enclosed with locking access doors, and is perimeter monitored by ADT Securities and video monitored with Global Network. Upon the arrival of materials for destruction, the containers are weighed and/or counted for record keeping. Once recorded, they are then staged to begin the shredding process. The material is fed directly into the shredder processing about 3,000 pounds per hour then baled. Once materials are baled they are shipped directly to a paper company where the material is turned into pulp to make other recycled products. A certificate of destruction is issued with the certified weight that verifies that the materials were destroyed in compliance with the 1974 Federal Privacy Act. All materials are treated with the utmost confidentiality and security, whether it is on site or off-site. Our programs are structured to meet the needs of our customers with a team that cares not just about great customer service, but also your company’s security. In essence, we are an extension of your corporate security department! All contracts for service are subject to our individual customer’s preference; Curbside does not require contracts for ongoing business relationships. We offer locking containers with wheels and cabinet consoles for you to use at no cost.

Provided by DexKnowsI called last minute for a roll off and they couldn't get it to me that day so they delivered it first thing the next morning. I was able to fill it and have it picked up by the end of the week. thanks curbside!

Provided by DexKnowsWhen I first called I was unsure of what I would need for my project, Katie was very informative and was able to help me with the right size. I received the container when I requested it and the driver even called prior to delivering it. I was truly amazed that there are still companies that can make you feel like you matter. The price was right but the customer service was amazing. Keep up the good work.

Provided by DexKnowsI found myself in a bind needing a rolloff dumpster for today and to be picked up tomorrow. I called your office and Katie helped me out-just like that. Shawn called me within minutes to let me know my dumpster was on the way. I called around to about 7 other services-all of which could not or would not pick up tomorrow. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the OUTSTANDING service I received from both Katie and Shawn! If I find myself in this need again, you will be my first call and I will spread your name around

Provided by DexKnowsThe reason I am giving C.R.I an extra star (rather than only 1 star) is because they did deliver the dumpster on the same day I ordered it. However, I only needed the dumpster for 1 day. They agreed to pick it up the following day and left a message that they wouldn't be picking it up until the next morning. Well, the next morning came and still no pick-up. They were a bit more expensive than the other companies but I tried them anyway...
