This restaurant looks really nice, the atmosphere is great, and the service was good.... but the food was lacking. A few other people posted that this was the best french dip in Aurora and I have to disagree. I haven't found the best yet, but this is NOT it. My sandwich tasted like ground beef and was so greasy it was dripping. I only finished half of it. Maybe I was there on an off night, but I won't be going back to find out.

My husband and I were traveling to Denver for a medical procedure and I wanted to find something new to try. I found this resteraunt on here and thought it looked good! After a long day of traveling it was a perfect spot to wind down. We both had the soup and it was a great starter then he had the pesto pasta which was to die for. I had the meatloaf and it was the same. We could not stop talking about how wonderful it was. We ended up eating it again before we left! It is a must for some good food, and we will be going back again!!!

From the outside this place looks nice. Inside it is very casual. We went here with my friends and it was a bit slow so they allowed us to seat ourselves. The wait staff was very patient and friendly with us. The food was really good, which kinda surprised me. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable, but altogether a good place for the price.

Since writing my reviews on Citysearch, I decided to use this site to find a new place to eat at. My BF and I had a date night last night so my searches were ""romantic dining"" and ""jazz bar"" and a couple others in my area. Bent Fork came up for all of them and since it had a 5 star rating, it was an easy choice. When we got to the establishment, we were promptly seated... next to a family with loud screaming children. We could hear another table with a crying baby around the corner from us as well. Very annoying and NOT romantic at all. The menu looked great! We split a bowl of tortilla soup and a caesar salad. The caesar salad was mediocre, the soup was delicious and the garlic bread tasted like it was made a couple hours ago and re-heated. My BF also had a dirty vodka martini. It was very weak. I'm glad I stuck with water. For our entrees, I ordered the lobster pasta and my BF had the bleu cheese burger. The lobster pasta was very bland, no flavor. The menu said a spicy lobster bisque was used for the sauce. There was barely any sauce, it tasted and looked nothing like lobster bisque and had no spice at all. I don't remember the last time I actually did this, but I didn't eat it & I sent it back. The garlic bread that came with the pasta was fresh & tasty. As for the bleu cheese burger, just looking at it from across the table made me a little queasy. It was so greasy it was soaking through the bun. It also had no lettuce, tomato or any veggies on it. My BF said the beef was actually delicious. I even tried a bite and have to agree. It was a cheap, thin bun that the grease demolished quickly that made it look as bad as it did. In conclusion, the service was fantastic! Our waiter kept constant tabs on us, my water glass was never empty (and if you read any of my other reviews, this is a big deal to me), and he was sympathetic to our bad experience with the restaurant. He got a good tip. I don't believe this place is worth a return visit.

The first time I found the bent fork I was looking for a place to take some friends and family out for dessert. We showed up, were seated promptly and service was excellent. I had the raspberry bread pudding while most everyone else tried their wide variety of dessert options. Everyone was extremely satisfied with their choices.
I?ve been back since for dinner and had the same experience. Fast friendly service, excellent food, great atmosphere.
I would not hesitate to suggest the bent fork to anyone.

I've gone to The Bent Fork for their French Dip for years. It's the best French Dip I've ever had and it's my favorite sandwich in Denver. The hamburgers are also excellent. The atmosphere is great and there is lots of parking available. They have a nice bar too.

I saw the reviews for this restaurant here on Citysearch and figured it was worth the trip to Saudi-Aurora to give it a try. Wow! what a find! The restaurant has been there for many years - but if it weren?t for Citysearch we would have never found it. We made reservations through OpenTable - but probably didn't need to. We were there on a busy Friday night and were seated promptly. The digs are very warm and comfortable. Exposed brick, nice lighting, and comfortable tables. The service was very attentive and friendly. Our server made helpful suggestions and explained details of some of the dishes. The menu is wonderful. It's all over the board with flavors - which are good for pleasing all kinds of tastes. My husband had the buffalo pot-roast. It came in a wonderful presentation and the minute he touched the top with his fork, it was so tender it flaked apart on its own. The flavor was amazing. I had the mac and cheese with lobster. Comfort food all grown up! It had a nice combination of cheeses, which held up great with the tender lobster pieces. We will definetly be back and have recommended this place to all our friends.

If you're craving comfort foods then this is the place! Interesting interior and very attentive waitstaff. Food is excellent. I went with a group of 6, we all ordered different things, and everyone loved their food. It's one of those places that you see everyone else's plate and you want to order that too because it all looks and smells SO good. We'll all be back for sure.

When in Aurora this is one restaurant I can always count on. I have eaten at the bent fork numerous times and always had a wonderful experience. The food is all superb, the service prompt and the ambiance and decor is a step above what you would expect for the prices on the menu. Try the salmon fish and chips, it is fantastic and this is the only restaurant outside of Seattle that I have found it.

The food is superb, and quite inexpensive. The staff is friendly & the service is great. I used to wor nearby & ate there frequently for lunch. everything I tried was always excellent. Happy Hour gets busy & is a nice stopping off spot in an area that doesn't have many quality choices.

We drive from North Denver to work our way through this wonderfully diverse menu.
No dissapointments so far. We try somthing different each visit. Except....The Brownie Sampler, three different warm brownies with vanilla ice cream... this has become a favorite each time.

The Rasberry Bread Pudding is to die for!!! As a self proclaimed dessert expert, this has quickly become my favorite dessert, and would recommend it to anyone. This is the best end to an already great dining experience at the Bent Fork, or a great snack with a friend any day!

Try the roast beef or the baby back ribs. You will go nowhere else. The staff is friendly and genuinely concerned. The owners must be proud of their accomplishments. It is everything a restaurant should be. They have a good wine list. And the prices are very reasonable.

I have eaten at the Fork for about a year- and this place is amazing. I have had Mat for a server, and he is definitely someone to request- funny, prompt and knowledgeable. This place knows what it's doing- order the salmon fish and chips or the filet!! You will never be disappointed!!!

We found the Bent fork about a year ago, and just Love the place. The Food is just great, but what we love the most is how Friendly the place is. the mature staff makes you feel so at home and seem to know and recognise most guest. we have a number of severs come by and say hi, and Mike or John, the owners always take the time to come by and check on us. Everyone should try the New Mexico ribeye sandwich,
