I am a regular customer at fawzis shop and when i need a repair done I trust no one but him when it comes to caring for my car. We have two cars, I take them there because I know that they only do the necessary repairs and don't try to sell me things I don't need. They don't try and make a quick buck off you they just get the job done and do it right.
I was involved in an accident (rear ended) while in Colorado, my car was not drivable and I had to leave it in state to be repaired per insurance rules. I selected Michaelâ??s Auto Body and have been extremely happy with their wonderful customer service and quality workmanship. My car was there for a total of four weeks (for reasons other than the accident repair work â?? work/travel schedule). Laura kept me fully informed every step of the way and went above and beyond expectations to help me. Her estimator Jen was equally great to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. Laura made me very comfortable knowing my car was 1,000 miles away and in good hands. Additionally, I chose to have some non-accident related work done at the same time (convenience factor), and the car looks and drives fantastic. The cost quotations for the extra work were spot on. I flew out to pick it up this past week and on top of the great customer service; the work that was done was high quality. I would not hesitate to take my car back to Michaelâ??s.
My insurance company refered this shop to have my Toyota Camry repaired. At first I didn't trust this recomendation so I went and got estimates at four other shops before going in to Michaels Auto Body and I am glad I did. I was firstly impressed with the professional greeting by the office staff. Jennifer wrote the estimate on my car for the insurance company and did a very good job informing me to the process. When I asked to see the shop, I was surprised at how clean and organized it was. I left my car there on Tuesday and was told it would be done on Friday. My car was fixed so well I forgot what side of the car was wrecked. Hopefully I won't need another body shop in the future but if I do, Michael's Auto Body will get my business!

My car had front end damage from a ""fender bender"" which caused no damage to the other car, but crumpled my hood and bumper. My insurance company estimated the cost to fix at $3000, less my deductible and I was issued a check for the balance. I was told that I could take my car anywhere that I wanted to get it fixed. This was my very first accident, with damage, and I was not looking forward to searching for an auto body shop to fix my car. I work near Michael's Auto Body Shop and decided to stop there first for a quote. When I got out of my car Michael was inspecting a bumper that his paint shop had repaired and painted. I could not see anything wrong with the paint job, but he was not satisfied with a ""spot"" and sent the car back to be repainted. I decided right then and there that this was the shop that I wanted to fix my car. When I picked my car up I was thrilled! Not only did they fix the front end damage, Michael also pulled out a nasty dent in my driver's side door. Everyone at Michael

My car was backed into ruining the entire rear passenger door and scraping the tire, bumper, and front door. My insurance quoted the fix-up as $2067. I got a few quotes from around town. Michael's was recommended to me by a lady at another car shop in town. She said they were very reputable.
Michael's Auto Body in Aurora has been there for 35 years and Mike was very honest about the work that could be done. I told him I wanted the door fixed and the rest helped, but I wanted a minimal payment. He knew what I was looking for and was great about telling me multiple options that I had in order to fix my car. He was honest about the work, the detail that would be done, and exactly how my car would look when he was finished with it. Plus, he said that as long as they did not find any additional damage (not quoted by insurance), that he would do touch-ups/buffering as needed regardless of how long it took without nickel-and-diming me to pay him extra $$.
My car looks like beautiful. Mike had a lot of integrity and knew what he was talking about. Thank you for a job well done!
