I wish to give a zero star but I don't have the option, but the most important factor in a business is the way you treat your customers. I was sick hence had to cancel last minute. I was not informed that their employers don't have regular working hours and only work based on appointment basis. They do not have any cancellation policy, yet the owner was extremely rude to me over the phone and was not even ready to listen to me and disconnected the call twice. However if you see the the other reviews, there are so many who made appointments yet had to wait for long hours. Ironical. If a salon is doing well, a single cancellation generally doesn't matter. I am guessing not flourishing much. And this kind of attitude is not going to do any good in future too.

This salon is not only beautiful, the staff is professional and courteous. I have received services from Tiffany for over four years now and highly recommend her for pedicures, manicures and Shellac. Worst experience of my life!!!! I made an appointment online with the owner Nancy, showed up for it on a Saturday and Grace and Lorena acted like I had no appointment. The moment it went realy bad for me was when Lorena said 'Hola' and I said 'Hello'!! They then gave me Veda, who was very nice, but not the color expert that I had requested. I was there for 5 hours with Veda asking Lorena and Grace for help but neither of them would assist with picking the hair color or applying. My hair turned out awful with gold roots and green highlights!!! I spoke with the other owner George and he said he wanted to make things right and to give their salon another chance. He said he would fix my hair for free and the next time I needed a touch up would be free too. SO I make an appointment with George for 3:30 with Lorena and when I get there Nancy tells me Lorena is an hour behind. I say ok, I just want my hair fixed. Come 5:05 I AM STILL WAITING!!! Then Nancy comes up to me and says Lorena is still 45 minutes behind and what do I want her to do?! I told her I just want my money back. I don't have time for them not doing the right thing and screwing me over more. THEN Nancy says she'll give me all but 20% of my money for the product they used on me!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Not only did I waste 5 hours there on Saturday feeling so uncomfortable with Lorena and Grace speaking spanish about me and Veda but now they want to make things right by making me wait again and then still charge me?! HECK NO!! I have never felt so mistreated by any other salon in my life and honestly maybe if I spoke more spanish they would have been nicer to me and did the right thing! DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE!!
Holy Cow! Had my eyebrows waxed there & I left in tears. Chu-Chu took off random chunks of hair & one brow looked like the letter M! HORRIBLE! She cut the thickest part ofbrow straight up & down, made a pin thin line in the middle & the end went into a thicker & thicker line completely foreign to any natural eyebrow. Both were uneven, different shapes, height, size, directions & SOMESSED UP!!! she left clumps of hair from my natural line & I was practically baled in other areas. I WAS HORRIFIED!! I AM STILL!! I'm back in town & had family pictures with brows so awful, liner couldn't conceal the mess due to the chunks of hair she left. The missing chunks were white where the hair used to be. I refused to pay & she called the police so I had to pay. I thought ok, take the $10 but I'm putting you on social media. Found out the wax was $8 and that psycho though she deserves a $2 tip after all that?! Proves what an uncaring disillusioned wacko this place hires. She seemed very familiar with calling the police. Saw her at the store after and she ran the other way with her head down as she should. SHAME ON CHU-CHU AND BEYOND SALON & SPA! YOU ARE DISGUSTING!!!
I had the best experience here. The atmosphere is very relaxing. When I go there I feel pampered and taken care of. All the staff are friendly and professional.
