Customer service sucks. They put my wife on a credit that she didn't authorize and it put it on her credit then they just reported it stolen and swapped accounts removing her name, but not fixing her credit. Got a lawn mower that the manual, dvd, and key was lost on and they didn't replace it but printed off a bunch of pages instead of getting me an actual manual. They managed to find the key somewhere, but I had to drive in to pick it up. They also "exchanged" a carpet but charged me twice for it instead of exchanging in the financial part and then said it would take 9-12 business days to refund the first part. That isn't an "exchange" but a double charge and eventual refund! Management was unresponsive and didn't care a lick. Do yourself a favor and go to home depot or anywhere else but here.
