I recently purchased a new Seadoo from J & M Camper and I could not have asked for better Seadoo availability, professional advice on the best machine for me, price and ease of purchase. I dealt with two sales people (one on the phone and another on the day of pick up) and a mechanic who oriented me to the machine. Each of them was pleasant and professional. Jim Poulin Service Manager Had a very professional experience with Caleb the Service Consultant. Unfortunately this is not the case with the Service Manager Jim. Though I can understand he may have to deal with many mechanical frustrations from customers, I believe this is an expectation for him to handle. An opportunity that could have been resolved with great service was instead left with ultimatums and me without a working vehicle after I have already paid over $2k in repairs. I am disappointed in Jims ability to be able to be customer focused in which left me with a very poor customer experience.
