Do not work with Michael Sharp! He was rude to me on the phone stating that he was not a babysitter and that he only wanted contact with me when the rent is due. So much for trying to contact him about my front door being broken. If he would just fix it I would not be calling. Looking for another place to live. We are living in one of his places and I found out that he did not supply us with a lease agreement but just a written letter. Rude and unethical landlord!
