        Overall

        I have used him and my whole family uses him for all our repair needs. I have lived in Butler Co. for almost 20 yrs. and have used him for that long. He is very professional and knows what the problem is and is fast and efficient at doing his work. Very honest and fair I would recommend him to anyone and do.

        Honesty

        Very honest dealings! Called them for an oven that wasn't working, and I had no clue why. Suspected that it was something terminal and expensive. I was prepared for bad news. Turned out that it was a burned out heating coil that was simple and fairly cheap to replace. The young man who came out was great, very instructive.

        You can definitely trust these guys!
