I had amazing service with Eddy's Ford of Augusta. Kelly Brown was fantastic and got me taken care of right away! I will send all of my friends and family members his way and I know he will take care of them just like he did us!
After coming in to look for a new car against our better judgement, we were greeted with the standard salesman tactics and matched with a smooth talker. We went around the lot and he attempted to sell us some very poor running vehicles at first but ended up selling us an overpriced brand new car that we repeatedly told them we couldn't afford. They pulled the waiting game tactics on us and made us sit in the lobby for over four hours collectively while they joked around and laughed in the back, pretending to do paperwork and throwing random numbers at us on napkins. If that wasn't irritating enough, they make you ring a stupid cowbell on purchasing to embarrass you on top of everything else.They don't care about your financial well being and certainly live up to the traditional scumbag car salesman stereotype. They got very defensive when I started asking questions about the charges they were putting on our lease terms and attempted to make us feel foolish all throughout the buying process as though it was some kind of game. After returning this vehicle to the lot the next day, we further explained the situation and were assured it could be resolved with an older vehicle. Not only did the lease payment stay the same, but we were given less on our trade-in value this time around. So... we ended up with a lower quality vehicle for the exact same payments. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone under any circumstances. We will probably never visit another dealership again after our experience here.
Had been looking for a Durango and found exactly what I wanted here! Bill has been excellent to me and has always bent over backwards to help me out...sure intrust is a lil high but that's buy here pay here and it's anywhere you go when credit isn't the best....I will be buying from them again if the need ever arises...thanks Bill for everything!!!
I bought a car from them in October. I paid the car off in December. When I went to get the refund on the insurance I had brought they were rude and I was told basically it was my problem. Even when I brought it there. There attitude was horrible and rude. I finally got a name and number to call. Very unprofessional.
I'm not sure which is worse, the customer service (or lack thereof) or their vehicles! If you like wasting your money & walking home once your vehicle breaks down then go to "The Lot"!
We were not even a week late on a payment and they repoed the vehicle. Bill wouldn't even let my husband get his personal possessions out of vehicle, including his wallet. Bill said we had to pay him $50 before he will turn over our stuff. Husband told him that he has the money in his wallet in which Bill had. Bill also stated that his wallet was still with the remaining possessions and he couldn't just go get the wallet. We ended up having to pawn something just to get another $50 just so my husband could get his wallet since payday wasn't until the next day. Went back with the $50, handed to Bill and he reached right under his counter and handed my husband his wallet. Immediately my husband looked inside it and the $52 he had inside was gone. Husband asked him where was his money. Bills response was you didn't have any money in your wallet. First off, Bill lied, wallet was not with rest of our stuff, and second, how did he know there was no money inside if he hadn't looked himself. Let's just say this started a huge argument between my husband and Bill. At end of the argument we were putting our stuff in our other vehicle and husband yelled at Bill and said you took my money you a** hole, your a theif, Bill said yep I took it, get off his property. Filing a police report for petty theft DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE LOT. THEY ARE RUDE, AND THEY ARE THIEVES.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS w/ The Lot of Augusta! From the moment I purchased my vehicle it was a hassle compounded with rude and condescending service. The vehicle went immediately to the shop at my expense. I was told that there had been significant damage to the vehicle in the past but it had been covered pretty well. The Car Fax I was shown did not indicate any previous issues. My vehicle was ultimately repossessed even though I have proof of payment delivery from my bill pay service at my credit union. They would not entertain the idea that perhaps it was their error even when provided proof that they received payment. I was not behind on any payemnts or late fees at the time of repossession as I had made a full payment with late fee by the date agreed upon with their office person. The vehicle was repossessed the 1st of the next month without regard to the payment received and lost by them. AGAIN...UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ENTITY....VERY VERY RUDE WITH QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES AT BEST.

Highley recomend this dealership, professional, no smoke and mirrors, had good selection, great service after sale with free service loaners (didnt have to sit and wait at dealership), A++++++++++++++++++++++++
