Apparently this company doesn't want business. How do you set up an automatic phone system w no way to reach a live person? Really! Just lost my business!!
At one point customer service at checkout was better, but now the people are rude, unfriendly and not very helpful after you do all of the work and spend your money there. Will not return there because of this service!!
Horrible phone service as turned me away from using this business. On top of that the website doesn't function as intended with the parts interchange option if they don't have the exact car you're looking for. Apparently their automated system cannot ascertain Volkswagon when spoken allowed or Jetta. When using the spell the first three letters using the keypad numbers it tells you nothing exists with that combination. I really wanted to talk to a real person on this to get some real answers/results for what I wanted to purchase don't want to waste a trip and bring tools to get something that may or may not be there anyway. I find it hard to believe a business that specializes in selling car parts and as everyone knows cars have many makes and models and thousands of different parts that they would rely on a horrible automated messaging system that hangs up on you after it doesn't know what to do with no way to speak to a real person. I found out why its called Pull-A-Part its because you pull a part your hair while fighting with the automated messaging system.
this place is sorry! poor management! put me off for days on parts that i paid for! and when i got there the lady couldn't tell me anything on my parts! dont do business here! only 5 star review on here was done by the owner, look at name on review!
This place is AMAZING! There are new owners who don't only specialize in acura and honda parts. The new owners are kind and would love to hyelp you in any way possible.
