Be sure you get what you have been told in writing because once you're here and settled, they will change it. Several times I ask if I could have my Direct TV service, as well as my own wifi service installed because there's doesn't very well. I was told that there would be no problem with either. I made the appointment with Direct TV. When he arrived, I was was then told I wasn't allowed to have my Direct TV installed. There's been times when they've not made a schedule for a nurse to be available for dressing changes on weekends. I'm under strict orders by my doctor that I'm not supposed to be getting out of bed at all but when you ask to see any of the head people, they either don't get the message, or they just don't come by. I have a subscription for physical therapy, but not seen a physical therapist once since the subscription was written several months ago. Since this new management has taken over, this place has gone way down. They are constantly understaffed as well.Wayne A Caddell JrI thought I needed to update this. This place is starting to get alot better. They're better trained, and are really starting to improve. About one of the things that needs to be done is better communication. We had to put My Mother-in-law in here for almost a year and I loved them. Mom was never alone. The menu was wonderful. Meals Scheduled and consistent. The workers always notified us when or of any change in Moms' health or meds. Mom stayed until she needed full care, we were sorry to have to leave here. Thank you, Mrs. Tapley and all your staff.
