For the first time in my life, I was having extreme back pain and needed help. My medical dr just threw medication at me, so after 3 weeks I followed my friends advice and went to Webb Chiropractic. They showed concern right away but assured me they would figure out how to help me. Once Dr. J examined my x-rays, he fully explained my problem and how we were going to address it. Any doubts I had about visiting a chiropractor have been squashed, within a couple of visits I was feeling relief and knew my problem could be easily managed! My last visit is next week and I will miss this wonderful staff!
I moved here two years ago and had never had chiropractic care before. I have suffered with back pain since my early 20's and decided that I had had enough. I decided to try a chiropractor and wow! I felt great. I saw both Dr. Webb and Jablonski 3 times a week for a about 2 weeks and then saw them 1x a week and now I go see them when I do something that i should not have done. Their entire staff was and is always friendly and takes an active approach to get to know me. I wish my family doctor did this. I feel like I am just a number at that office. That is not the case with these two. I have sent my spouse and several close friends to them and they have all had great results.
These people were not up front after I asked several times about how much my bill was. I ever ask the Doctor and they said everything is paid up, next vist a couple of days later, I was told I was owed them monies. I asked about it, and the Doctor and the staff said they did not know what happened. They want you to keep coming back. I found another Chiropractor that was not that way. Hard lesson to learn.
I was alerted to this comment by a satisfied patient, and was dismayed by the content. We are committed to communication, both in patient care and regarding finances. Our consultations are always preformed at no charge. This is followed by a written disclosure of all costs, which must be signed before care us undertaken. We do this specifically in order to avoid confusion. The comments raised are inconsistent with our office policy. The doctors do not have access to the financial data, and could not answer a financial question without first consulting the office manager. If there were any type of discrepancy, our records would reflect the nature of any error, and that error would have been satisfactorily resolved, even if it meant that our office would absorb the cost. We are grateful for the opportunity to have served 15,000 Augustans in the last 21 years, and pledge to do our best to meet and exceed all expectations for quality care.
