Southern Siding installed an aluminum deck cover on my house! This has been great addition to our home! We can now enjoy the without becoming blistering hot on our feet! The seals are failing on previously installed windows, they have condensation between the panes. I took the windows to Southern Siding on Bobby Jones and Alice looked up the "job" and informed me that it was done in 1997. She said that I should go home and look for a number in the seal and if there was no number she would schedule for someone to come out and measure the windows. There was no number so I called back and told her I would bring the windows in again. When I got there the "job" magically disappeared and she couldn't find a record of it. I left the windows and in a couple of hours got a call that said she couldn't find the job so I would have to pay $150 to fix the windows. I said I wanted to speak to someone else and she transferred me to Fran-the owners niece. Fran couldn't find the "job" either and repeatedly told me I had to produce paperwork. She then told me they didn't replace glass after Alice had already given me a price to do it. She ended up hanging up on me.
