Radiology
Dr. Vargo earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, in Augusta, Georgia, and completed his residency in radiology at the Creighton University School of Medicine, in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed a fellowship at John Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Hiltz is board certified by the America Board of Surgery in Surgery and Vascular Surgery; he is licensed to practice in the States of Georgia, Kentucky and Michigan. He is an associate of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society, as well as a recipient of the Toledo Surgical Society Award and Dr. Norman Fisher Memorial Scholarship.
