Lowsy customer service

This has been the most utterly disgusting treatment from not only any car dealership, but business period. My fiancé and I came in looking for a dependable pre-owned vehicle. We dealt with Charlotte. This woman left the room on 6 different occasions and texted on 4 different occasions. She told us that for her to even pull up any information on the inventory my fiancé had to give them his social security number and all other informatiom. So he did. She told us she was going to talk to her boss about what they had, before she left, we told her... "Do not run any credit, we do not want a credit ding, just show us what you have and we will go from there." And she agreed that was not what she was going to do, and that she would be back in a sec. Well 15 minutes later we grew impatient, considering her rude and ridiculous behavior prior. So we decided to walk out and not even continue in the most sorry experience that could have been possible. The next day, my fiance received an email stating there was a hard inquiry on his credit. She deliberately disregarded our wishes to avoid any credit run. So we went there in person and the manager, as soon as we came in said "Don't act like it ran your credit low." When it was 15 points of wasted time... and she began denying that we refused permission to run the credit. Do not give them any of your information unless you are planning to buy. And these people don't deserve business for their lack of respect for what puts food on their table. So I demanded they give us the sheet with his information on it... and they refused to give him the paper with his social identity on it. These people are something you would see on a parody about scheming car dealerships. No professionalism nor concern for the customer.
