We ended up buying the Toyota TACOMA truck from this dealership. Though we live in West side of Atlanta, we drove to see the vehicle and met with Tony at the dealership. Tony is a superb sales guy who was extremely professional very detailed and point to be noted that he is completely opposite of traditional car salesmen I have encountered in the past. His dedication to the process and integrity was second to none. we were so pleased with his honest and upfront not frills pricing that we decided to buy the truck. We completed all the process on the phone next day and Tony had the dealership even deliver the truck to us in Atlanta (two and half hours away) where we signed all the papers in the comfort of our own house with no finance manager trying to up charge us for any extras. We love the process and Tony is great!
To begin my review, i had my daughter call and get all the info on my 2008 lacrosse i saw on the website,i talked with the salesman and had appointment to come sign and drive my car home! Great experience! Next experience,our car had to be towed to Masters, Charles was great in the info getting back to us and having the car done as he promised.We had to go back only to find out we are looking at more repairs that we couldn't take care of this time.We discussed possible trading the car, Charles was so kind to try to get salesman to help us and could have come back on Sat to chat with him.I received the satisfaction form in mail and decided to put my experience here. I have had the best experience at MASTERS BUICK!
This is my 1st time buying a Buick. I must say, working with Master Buick and my salesman, Wade Howard, made the experience pleasurable and effortless. I told Wade exactly what I was looking for, how much I could spend, and I did not have a 'trade in' for him to work with. Wade went to work immediately. Once I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle I picked out was full of gas and waiting for me. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Everyone at the dealership was kind, friendly, professional AND NO high pressure sales tactics. Because of this, I will continue to be a life long client of Master Buick and Wade Howard.
My overall experience of purchasing a 2015 GMC Aciada from Master Buick GMC Augusta was EXCELLENT due to the over-whelming excellent service I recieved from sales consultant Mr. William (Bill) Whitten. Mr.Whitten was very courteous, respectfull and most of all technically proficient in all aspects of the vehicle that I purchased. In addition, Mr. Whitten excellent knowledge of financial options to obtain the best "deal" possible was much appreciated. A good deal is where the customer comes back again to make another. I believe I got a excellent and a fair deal and that both parties came out with an excellent outcome.
I came here to check out a truck that I had seen on the website posting. John Lokey was the representative that helped with everything. He was really cool, informative, and professional. He let me and my roommate take the vehicle for a ride out on the town to see how the truck really rode. I was rather shocked that we were allowed to do so without John having to ride along with us. This was the 1st time that I've experienced that test driving a vehicle at a dealership. So I really thought that was pretty cool. John made the whole buying process pretty smooth and easy. I'm pretty happy with my vehicle purchase.
We have been looking for a good car for my elderly mother to drive, and we decided on a Buick Encore. Master Buick not only was located close enough to us, the car selection and offers were outstanding. I had talked to Mr. Gene Baxley before, and he had been understanding and, what we appreciated most, not high-pressure in pursuing a sale. On the Master Buick website, we saw that there was exactly the Buick Encore we would be interested in, we contacted Mr. Baxley, and he set up an appointment for a test drive. We made a deal that day and traded my mom's car for the exact Buick Encore we wanted.
It was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. My sales consultant Sue Oertle was an absolute joy to work with. She was like chatting with an old friend. She never tryed to steer me to something I didn't want. New car sale manager Eddie Overby was a super nice guy, never once did I feel pressured or unappreciated, no matter what I asked for. It took four days for me to make up my mind. I went in looking at a Canyon and left in a Sierra. I could have never imagined the great deal I ended up getting. So if you are in the Market go see Sue
Service center has free wifi, brewed coffee, and a charging station. ...I'm sure I'll have more to say after the appointment. As I am still waiting... the coffee is better than a drivethru, but nothing special. (Because the quality of coffee dwtrmines where to get your vehicle service?) As a smoker (yes, awful habit. Meh.) they have smoking gazebo around the side of the building. Fancy. This should be a great thing for non-smokers as well since you don't have to walk through a wall of smoke to get to the counter.
Experience was fine . The only problem was a GMC Mail out/flyer I took with me was not returned. I went in for a recall notice and to get my first oil change. I showed it to the man who checked my car in and he said he needed it . It had several good deals / discounts that I planned on using. When I picked up the car I didn't think to get it back . Next time I go to your shop I will be more attentive and I hope your employees do the same . I am a 69 year old lady and this is only my second time getting work done on my car.
I took my 2012 Sierra in for a leveling kit to be installed, dropped it off at 8 am and Nick Faulkner promised that it would be ready by the end of the day. I received a call from Nick at 12:30 he said it was ready, I went to pick it up, they had washed my truck, cleaned and shined my wheels and tires. The 2" leveling kit looks and rides awesome!!!!I have oftened wondered why so many people recommended Master Buick GMC and now I see why, great service and great trucks and cars!!! Thanks again Nick:)
