I called to schedule an appointment because if the $10 off offer on their website. The woman I talked to on the phone said just to come in. When I arrived, I showed the website on my phone. The woman at the front (eating a peach) said I need to call their phone number and ask if I can have the discount. Hmmm, Well, ok, I'll call and ask. I call their number again, which rang on their phone at the desk in front of me (strange), and i ask the woman who answered if i can have the discount on their website. She says print the coupon (does not say this on the site). Since there isn't really a traditional coupon, I did a screen shot, and after a little back and forth, she said that would be ok. Now I'm ready to get a massage. The ladies at the front desk begin to argue in another language. Eventually one lady says, can you pay first. I said ok, I guess, but how will I leave a tip? I hand her my card, she says do you have cash? No I do not... She tells me there is a cash machine around the corner. I was feeling relaxed and ready to get a massage, but now quite the opposite. I read all the great reviews, which is why I wanted to try this place, but i guess i will move on to a more professional and organized establishment.
I have long standing neck and shoulder issues that build up into terrible migraines without warning, and I've unsuccessfully tried just about everything to get relief. A friend suggested I try Ye's. This place is amazing. Very quick to make an appointment, and open seven days a week. I explained my condition, and one of the therapists, Tina, spent an hour hitting all the pressure points and knots, dissolving the built up tension. Afterwards, my headache was gone, and my shoulder felt better than it had in ages. Clean, quiet and convenient. Will definitely return!
Because of my hectic work schedule I usually have to call day of to get in to get a massage, they always make an effort to get me in. Perfect pressure and atmosphere for relaxation.
This has become a regular spot for me. Especially with my daily training regimen, their massages really help with my recovery. Also, it's always nice when the staff is cool and the prices are good. I definitely give the nod to try it out!
Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! I would highly recommend!
A wonderful place to go! I highly recommend it. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was great. I'm definitely going again.
I always have a wonderful experience at this location. The atmosphere is simple, but the technique and expertise of the therapists employed here are top-notch. I always end up coming to this location when I am in town. They always make accommodations for me; even when I miss out on special discounts before they expire, the owner still honors it because I have been a loyal returning customer for at least a year now.
Erica Hawes is a skilled, professional massage therapist. I have been a repeat client for many years. She is small is size, but she has very strong hands! I highly recommend her.
This business has change ownership and is not operating under this name, There is a slight address change and I think the telephone number is the same
