Shane is the best and always takes great care of me and my husband when we need to rent a vehicle. He always has the vehicle we request and gets us right in and out with no waiting. I will never go to any other car rental place! I would highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car on Bobby Jones Expressway and ask for Shane. He will surely take great care of you!!!
I rented a car last week and the customer's service was excellent. The gentleman had a smile on his face the entire time as he prepared my paperwork. He ensured that I was happy with the car selection. He made a long end of the day comfortable.
I searched and compared the various rental car services at AGS, and found what I wanted at the best price at Enterprise. When I arrived, they did not have the specific level of car I had reserved, but offered me an upgrade at no additional fee...which was awesome! The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Return was equally as easy. I have used other services at AGS, and have had hit-and-miss experiences with them; not having what I ordered, and having to settle for a down-grade. While I do shop for the best deals, I will choose Enterprise if their prices are comparable to the others simply because of my good customer experience.

I rented a vehicle for 7 days while my car was being repaired. Pennsylvania Tag KCF 8932 Nissan. I protected the car from injury, better than I would my own. After returning the car, and leaving the rental company, I received a call from the rep. stating there was damage on the car. I disputed the damage, but they filed a claim. Never again will I rent from company and discourages others from renting, just in case a similar incident occurs.
Staff is always helpful and courteous. They make me feel that I am important to them as a customer. They are also very prompt and seek to meet my specific requests as best they can regarding my rentals. Excellent staff.
Wish I could give them a MINUS STAR!! Selection was terrible. Service and friendliness of staff was even worse. Manager did not even speak to customers as he walked by. Also, it took over 30 minutes for the rental car, a very simple process, to be completed; this could be due to the several staff members who always seem to be sitting in the back of the office, looking up at the crowd of customers in the lobby, then ducking their heads down in an attempt to avoid eye contact. The level of service at this Enterprise location is SIGNIFICANTLY less than any other location where I have ever rented.
Could only give them 1 star for service because they did pick me up. But lets start on why they are the worst rental car store in the CSRA. First, I was supposed to have a premium rental. They had premium class vehicles on ground but could NOT locate the keys to certain vehicles??? What type of business had THAT problem?? So they offered me a smaller class car, which was totally out of line and still had to look for keys for those within the personnel and their store!! Then the vehicle they gave me was NOT clean and discovered later that it DID NOT have washer fluid!! These things are supposed to be the basics aren't they?? Please people pick another place that's more business-like and definitely MORE ORGANIZED!
