Overall

2 days TV transmitting is full of noise . I am already 40 minutes waiting for Customer service to answer! I listened the message how to reboot the phone,.. 27 times already. It seems I am in Africa in the 3d world country... Shame on you , people ! I am sure Verizon would win this competition ! Shame on you people !!!. Now someone answered , was pretty rude and ... dropped me back to answering machine. ! This "largest" provider should be shut down 1
