Can't trust these guys, after taking a test drive and agreeing on a price I made an appointment to purchase this vehicle, on the way to the appointment I got a phone call from Brandon, " I don't know how it happened, the Lincoln was sold this morning"! I was driving from over an hour away. Save yourself some time and money shop else where.

I purchased my Jeep on a Saturday Aug 19th. I later noticed that the steering wheel was not aligned properly. I brought it back the next day to have a service person drive it and he agreed with my assessment. I scheduled another appointment to fix the steering wheel and when I went to pick it up, my salesman said that they didn't find a problem with it. I insisted that he drive it and he agreed with my assessment too.Also, while driving I went to use my windshield wipers at only 432 miles, on a new car, and I got an alarm that said, "Washer Fluid Low." This basically told me that the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) was NOT performed. I talked (and sent texts) to my salesman numerous times and told him that I wanted proof (photocopy or receipt) that a PDI was completed on my car. My seasoned salesman sent me a text asking, "What exactly do u mean by PDI report?"I scheduled a 3rd appointment to address the steering wheel problem and for them to perform a PDI. I was sent a text by my salesman that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day. I called him immediately and he told me that, "Their service department tried to fix the steering wheel, but were unable to and that they had to send it "somewhere else" to fix it." Hopefully they sent my new car to a reputable business.I received a call from him later that night telling me, "Good news, your car is all done and ready to be picked up!" When I got to the dealership my he informed me that they, "Didn't perform the PDI." I told him that I was "Not coming back again." That would've meant a 4th visit back.On a side note, the inside of the car was not cleaned at all. The inside of the windows were filthy. You'd think that when purchasing a $43,000 car, that the dealership would AT LEAST have the car in showroom condition. And after 3 visits, the car was still not completely cleaned.Needless to say, I will NEVER buy or bring my car to Bud Clary EVER again. And I will definitely let others know about my experience.

I am at a loss. I saw three extremely negative reviews that referenced Hinshaw's Motorcycle Store. Although they were owned by the same owner' my experience with the Indian Store is all positive. Spike, Craig, Ashley and Mike in the shop have done everything in their power to make my Indian experience great! From purchase to service, they are number one in my book. I cannot address any problems that have been experienced by Hinshaw customers but can say that because of Auburn Indian I purchased and ride an Indian Vintage. This is after severn new Harleys. The best way to find out is to go and see for yourself.
I have had better experience in the past but looks like they are getting desperate and overcharging customers. I had an oil change on my 2006 350Z and also complained about a noise in the front wheels. I told them it is the wheel bearing noise. They charged me $39.99 for oil change and $16.32 for oil disposal ( showed up as misc. charges). And they charged me $120 to confirm that yes wheel bearing needs change and estimate is $623. I declined the work. But for oil change and diagnosis there charge was $193. Effectively the "MOST EXPENSIVE OIL CHANGE EVER". This is the last time they will see me there and I own 2 Nissan cars.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! GO READ YELP REVIEWS. I have never ever in my life been treated so poorly when shopping for a car- WORST PLACE EVER!!! Within three minutes of arriving we were basically told to f*xx off by their team of "salesmen". And don't you go and think as an unhappy customer that you can go to anyone to complain because they are all in the small man brigade together. I am shocked more than I have ever EVER been with customer service. UN. REAL. Sad for them because we were ready to pay cash and drive it off the lot. Appalled. Pretty sure this place is a front for money laundering or illegal activity because there is NO WAY they could sell a car acting the way they do. I'm shocked they are still in business. No wait, actually if you really hate someone a good way to get revenge on them is to send them here to buy a car. Hilarious!
