The medical professionals I have seen there are great - very knowledgeable and caring. However, the office staff is totally incompetent. After an appointment I was told to make more appointments, but I would need to call back because the computers were down. I called back and was told the computers were still down. They did not offer to call when they were back up. I waited several days and called again. This call lasted about 20 minutes, and most of that time I was on hold. I was told again that the computers were down and call back. Waited a few more days, called back, left a message, and again no call back. Waited a few more days and called again. Had to leave a message. I gave them my information again and asked that someone please call that this was my fourth attempt to make an appointment. Several hours later someone did call, and I thanked her for calling me back. Very cold response. She asked a few questions and told me that she was going to put on hold. Instead she sent me to voicemail. I have left a fifth message. Maybe I will just die of skin cancer before I get a call back. We shall see!
