Skylark Village Mobile Home Park

The managers are horrible. They will pick on someone and discriminate. They will evict someone and another renter will be able to stay for the same reason the other one was evicted. They won't let you live in this community if you have 1 misdemeanor or even a deferred charge which basically counts as nothing on your criminal record. The managers office smells like pot when you walk in so obviously one of them tokes up. Very unprofessional. My mom has lived here over 15 years and a few months ago they started picking on her and now they have evicted her because her yard isn't up to their standards when you can drive through the park and see many others yards are even worse. My mom will now be homeless as she is jobless and just lost her unemployment like everyone else in Washington did this month. She owns her trailer and it's too old to move so how will she sell it in the three weeks she was given to leave the property?!?!?!!!!! These managers are HEARTLESS!!!!!
