A business is only as good as the owner's word. We bought a truck from this dealership that had a brand new sticker on it (and was unsafe to drive). Drove it for less than 100 miles and the steering box went, the brakes were grinding, the water pump was leaking, it had a bad u joint. Scott Thayer made promises to reimburse us for repairs and to extend our warranty. Neither of these happened. You have been warned. Stay away from Scott Thayers Auto Sales.
I have purchased several vehicles for my family from Dealer Worx and have had excellent results. All vehicles were in great shape, as well as the service received after. I will continue purchasing my future vehicles from them.
I bought a Nissan Sentra here, great experience and highly recommended. My salesperson was Mark and he did a great job.
Unsafe vehicles and horrible customer service I wouldn't refer anyone to this dealership, highly unprofessional is an under statement.
Beware, after several emails with the "direct sales manager"(sounds important) I was quoted a price for a jeep, I took time off from work to drive there, 1 hour from where I lived. When I got there they pretty much laughed at me for thinking I would be able to purchase the jeep for the price quoted..... it was 7,000 more than the price the "manager" sent me via email, because in the salesman's words..... they sit in an office and really don't know what's going on. They did apologize for wasting my time, but after looking at the website again, it is clearly false advertising to get you in there. Just beware if you are traveling and do not have lots of vacation to burn..... the prices on the website are not correct and there staff,by there own accounts are incompitent. I think I will look elsewhere to purchase my jeep.
We took our truck in for the oil change and couple weeks later its leaking oil. My husband could tighten the filter with his fingertips. 2 years ago my mother in law went for an oil change and 3 miles down the road motor seized. They never put oil back in it. AND was a hassle to get a new motor. Unfortunately we have the extended warrantee so we HAVE to go back.... guess I will need a course in mechanics....
