I came in with attitude wanting to hate it if I had to stand and wait - since the chain's advertising makes you feel like a chump if you call ahead. Waited about a minute while the employee was finishing up with a few other customers that were ahead of me. Saw that all of the "Hot and Ready" racks up front were empty so began to prepare myself for a long wait (it was about 7:30 PM on a Sunday night - so not during a rush). She took my order - a large cheese, large pepperoni, 2 crazy breads (total of 16 pieces), 2 garlic butter dipping sauces ($0.50 each) and a 2 litter Pepsi - all for $21! To my surprise she came out with my pizzas from the back about a minute later. I waited no longer than I would at a fast food burger place. The whole family wolfed down the crazy bread - was fresh, not too dense - actually better than I have had at other national chains or even local pizza joints. The pizza was not under-cooked which is usually my gripe. Not too doughy or tough and overly chewey. Not the best I've had- but to be frank - less than half the cost of good local pizza and better than any of the national chains that are all much more expensive.
Food was excellent got a mushroom, pepper and onion pizza was delivered timely and hot. Large pizza was 20.82 which I think is pricey but it was really good!
