This is my 4th vehicle from Midstate, great experience, they are very dedicated to there customers, my credit is not the best and BRIAN did what he does best I am now driving a 2017 suv I love it. GO SEE BRIAN you won't regret it, I also sent 2 of my co-workers they both love there cars.My mom went with me because we were going shopping after she is 85 and she left with a new car, GO MIDSTATE, By the way Brian my sister is going to see you, she can't wait for her new car. Midstate Service Department is the best around. They always do amazing work, get you in and out of the shop as quick as possible at a great price. Eric Massie does an excellent job of running Midstate Service Department and I would highly recommend anyone to bring their car to Midstate and go see Eric for anything you may need.

Horrible experience. Once I said I was going to hold off a bit, I was treated like a second class citizen. I would NEVER buy a car from this place.
Car shopping can be a daunting process and in the hands of a typical, aggressive sales person, it can be stressful and overwhelming. Thankfully, I was helped and assisted by Gene who was an ideal mix of professionalism, courteousness and calm. He was never pushy and was incredibly personable and good natured. I highly recommend you go see him if you are in the market for used car or truck. I ended up making my purchase over the weekend and couldn't be happier with the complete service I received from Gene and his team. And the icing on the cake is that I got a great deal on my new truck.
after years and years buying cars from the large dealership groups we decided to give lux auto in auburn a chance . they had just the car we were looking for and it was the lowest price for miles around . ( we looked at all the websites and nobody had this particular nissan altima for less . ) glad we checked them out . no pressure , little to no " haggling " and very , very friendly staff thanks gene and brian for this great deal and your willingness to accommodate! would highly recommend this dealership for future car/truck purchases

I was recovering from a knee surgery and unable to go look at the vehicle at that time. Billy kept calling me at home to answer my questions about mileage, color, engine size, etc. As soon as I was able (about three weeks later) we went together to see the vehicle. Luckily it was still there. I was still shocked at how genuinely friendly Billy and the sales manager were. I HATE dealerships and the whole car-buying process, always feeling like I'm in for a fight; but after working with Lux Auto Plus, I have to change my mind. Because of Billy's persistence and not forgetting about us, we have a wonderful new BMW that we love! I would recommend them to anyone!
