Great Expressions Dental Centers Auburn

This place is more like a bad business where they are trying to sell you things you don't need and upsell you services you don't need from the minute you walk in the door! I was early for my appointment as they asked me to be, and they took me 1/2 hour after my appt! While sitting in the waiting area, I noticed that they are selling those free samples of toothpaste, travel toothbrushes, etc. that dentists are supposed give away! The receptionist was mean, the lady who took my xrays had no clue what she was doing. Then the hygienist came in and tried to compliment me to death so I would fall for her BS! I initially told them that I just had a baby and was breastfeeding, so I wanted to make sure the xrays and any medication they use on me would be safe. She responded by saying "Oh don't worry we googled it and you should be fine breastfeeding and taking xrays"!!!

She then cleaned my front 5 teeth and kept saying she was "not going to have time to finish today, but I just want to show you what your teeth can look like"!!! Needless to say I was speechless! She said she was recommending that I get a "deep clean" which after their "exclusive discount" could be about $832 and is of course not covered by insurance. She left and the dentist (Preeti Gandhi) came in for literally 30 seconds and told me I have a cavity which I need to either have extracted or have a root canal, again neither of which is covered by insurance. When I asked why I couldn't get it filled, she said, "ok or you can just keep feeling pain"!? She then said I could get a quote from the front desk sent me on my way! She was not only incompetent but also beyond rude!!! I then checked out and a new con artist came and asked that I go into an office to go over my "exclusive quote" book my next appointment. I took the paperwork left. Felt like I was in a 3rd world country! Obviously I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Extremely disorganized. Always trying to upsell something so you can't trust what they tell you. Went in numerous times and I had to remind them what they said last time. Finally decided to drive extra 30 miles even though they were the closest on my insurance. Had a terrible experience with a crown that was the straw that broke the camels back.
