Salon 35

Had gone into the salon for a consultation and was told i could take my dirty blonde to grey. I had made an appointment for two weeks after that first appointment for 2pm. I arrived on time. The staff was nice if your looking for a good hair cut i would recomend however i arrived at the salon at 2in the afternoon and didnt leave until 7:30 pm that night. Yes i hage a lot of hair should it had taken that long no. I the main part that i am upset about is the fact that i went in wanting a icy grey and left with a bright blonde. The staff does not seem to be on the same page as me and keeps thunking I want a icy blonde. I sat in that salon for over 5 hours and walked out with no grey just a super light blonde. I call the salon the next day and all they could do for the situation was tell me to come in and they will tone it.... I know that wont make it greyish like i want but instead brighter. I also do not have time to go back in where i have a very busy schedule. I had asked for a refund of some of my money and the owner said "i can't do anymore than 30 because i dont think it is fair for her to work for free" however i didnt ask for all it back only 50% that would be 100 dollars back in my account and they got to keep a 100 of the 200 i paid. My hair dresser was nice and friendly but i beleive the products they used didnt work efficiently and or well enough. A hairdresser ahould always listen to what their client wants and then do their best to get them what they want. In this situation she did try her best but only got my hair to the halfway point of what wanted

Salon 35 has been my number one choice for beauty salons. They have great stylists and a comfortable atmosphere. Diane is an excellent hair stylist and has done wonders on my hair for 5 years. I definately recommend this salon.

Together with my 17 year old son, 11 year old daughter, and this 30 something mom we have all discovered a place we feel welcomed, comfortable, and leave looking great each and every time.



I am pleased to hear about how they keep up-to-date by going to shows featuring the latest cuts, styles, and colors. There is rarely a wait but if you do you can sip on their complementary, personalized coffee machine. After several years of service I still like the service I am receiving. Donna & her team at Salon 35 are great. I have had the best haircuts and colors ever and at prices that I feel are fair and reasonable. Also, Donna is a great business owner ... savvy and very aware of her clients' concerns, especially with the economy the way it is.

I really enjoyed my experience at Salon 35. I had been looking for a new place with a nice atmosphere and affordable prices. Salon 35 has it all. The owner did my hair. I also found the rest of the staff to be very friendly. I was very happy with the color and cut. I will be back!
