Thrasher Construction

This is the first time I have written a review, but I do it gladly for Scott, and his team at "Thrasher Construction".

Scott and his wife Stacy helped me out of a difficult situation as I am trying to get my home ready to put on the market soon. It is very difficult to find professional people in my area, and I had a large deck project.

Scott listened to my concerns over my deck, and worked me into his very busy schedule. He and his team were on the job within a week, and worked on my deck for over 2 days in blazing heat, without a complaint.

I now have a deck that looks like new, and I am assured I will be handing over my home to a new buyer that will still get a number of years out of a deck that takes a beating each year from the elements.

I will gladly hire Scott again when and if I need him!

Out of the three bids I received for replacing my deck Thrasher Construction was the lowest. Even though the bid was the least expensive the work was certainly not. My deck is incredible!



Scott told me that I probably would not be able to go in and out my back door since he only the sub-structure would be complete.



To my delight, when I arrived home from work the first day of construction I found temporary decking and a safe temporary stairway down to the ground. I was ticked pink! WHY is this important? He took the time and was compassionate enough to do it so that my 2 100 lb. dogs would have access to their yard!



This is a perfect example of CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST!

I am a Real Estate Broker and property owner and I have worked with Scott Thrasher for 9 1/2 years. He has done more than 100 jobs for me, my family and my buyers and sellers. decks, siding, misc termite repairs on our properties. His prices are very fair, he gets the job done quickly and he works well with others. I have referred him to our family and my buyers and sellers and they all enjoy Scott!

I don't usually write reviews (actually I don't think I ever have) but maybe just this once.



I own a hot tub company and we've used these guys now for about 5 years. They build decks for our customers that need it, but they've also done some 'remodel' and specialty work for our 'hot tub' customers. The work has been exceptional and we have had no complaints from our customers. Thrasher has always had their work done on time and the customers have only had good things to say.



In fact, the job that really impressed me was where they built a beautiful deck for a customer that was paralized in his lower body and he needed wheelchair access to his hot tub. I thought this was going to be a tough job, turned out awesome! The customer can ride his wheelchair right up a ramp, flip the cover where it needs to go and use his arms to swivel around into the spa!



If your looking for an honest down to earth construction company, you should really check these guys out.
