Do not recommend these people for any well service you may need. Dishonest. Say what needs to be said in the store in order to make extra $$$$ at your ranch. Scammers!!

As a Company for plumbing parts, cannot be beaten. As a source for water treatment service, they leave A LOT to be desired. Over the course of several years, I have had issues with both my soft water and hard water treatment tanks in keeping time. They came out, replaced one clock, then came back and replaced the 2nd clock, then came back a 3rd time and replaced one of the 2 new clocks a 2nd time. Still not working after many return calls and some expensive charges originally founded, if the systems would have worked after they were supposedly fixed. There is only one man that works on the treatment systems, so I could not get a second set of eyes to review the issue. Service Manager, "Charlie" got to the point that he said warranties were expiring on the parts that they put in. I argued that UNTIL the products work for any length of time, they are not working to any state that start that warranty period. I am disgusted with them to even buy another $1's worth of parts from them. Too bad, I spent upwards of $10,000 to up grade my irrigation system with them. I feel taken.
