        My style is direct and solution focused. I teach relationship skills, life-skills, and co-dependency recovery. With humor and compassion I direct my clients from pain to power and healthy living so you can LIVE, LEARN, LAUGH, and LOVE LIFE. With EMDR I help those who have trauma, fear, and "stuckness." This also helps those with tension headaches and pain. I see children, teens, adults, seniors, couples and families and groups.

        Alisa has many years of life experience & professional experience as a therapist, she has given me some great tools & expertise in dealing with my everyday problems & EMDR has helped me recapture memories that I never knew existed & bring underlying issues to the surface. Alisa creates a very relaxing environment & she's easy to talk to, there's no pressure at her office & I can feel free to be myself without judgment. I wish I'd started counseling years ago!

        Really great information

        My experience with this counselor was very positive and helpful. She taught me many things about my self and how to change the behaviors I didn't want and learn new ones. She is very easy to talk to.
