Bad service!! Cashier told me on the phone my food was gonna be ready in 15 minutes,so i got there and told him my order and the number it was under he told me its was almost done and that he'll let me know when its ready. 20 minutes later i went to the counter and asked about my food.he asked did i want to place an order.i told him i already have and he asked what i order again and the number again.i told him thats ok and i left, because i order over the phone already, told him my order when i first walked in and the last time when i checked on my food.that to many times for someone not to have your food ready.

I ordered some food last week and it was terrible. The Rangoon tasted like fish water shrimp fried rice didn't have any flavor. I would recommend this place to a homeless person
The food is really tasty, and the host dude was very friendly! The dining space is beautiful. Will be going back this weekend :3
Today we ate at the new "Wooden Chopstick" restaurant that went in where Ming's used to be. It's a *gorgeous* space now! No longer a buffet, though. They're now a menu only place, but the nice thing is that they have an authentic menu and and "American style" menu for those of us who aren't adventurous.Prices are not bad, they're what you would expect plate meals to be, and there are some expensive meals, but they have expensive ingredients. Lots and lots of choices, although they might not have some of the more exotic things at any particular time. (Daughter tried to order the jellyfish, but they were out.)I'm not sure if it was the owner or the manager who came over and helped us pick meals we would like, which was really nice.It was all delicious. Daughter's calamari was pretty salty, she said, but it was very tender, not at all rubbery. (But it was salt-n-pepper squid, so "salty" was to be expected, I guess.) Son said his chicken was a bit too salty, and he would have preferred more spice. Husband got lamb and really enjoyed it. I got the "boring" ;-) American style sweet and sour chicken and it was really yummy. The veggies and pineapple that came with it were perfectly sauteed. All four of us came home with go boxes, and that never happens. Usually daughter and I are the only ones who have to take food home. They have M-F lunch specials for $7.95, which is a plate meal plus choice of egg drop soup or egg roll, which is a perfectly reasonable price for the plate you get.The only downside was that even though someone came and checked on us once and we said we needed more water, she never came and refilled our drinks. Then we had a hard time catching her eye to get our check. But they were all really nice, and the food was really good.It probably won't be a regular stop for Sunday lunch like Ming Garden was (too pricey for our family's budget) but it will most likely be an occasional "nice meal" stop.
Best Chinese in auburn hands down. Fast service and amazing food
While I did speak with one gentleman who understands how to speak to a customer with respect and decent English, the main woman answering the phone is very rude. I actually ordered one shrimp fried rice and one chicken fried rice; however, I received one shrimp fried rice and one house special fried rice. I called and explained the situation. Bottom line, they would not fix the problem. I would not advise anyone to order from this establishment. I will definitely never do it again. There are too many better Chinese restaurants in Auburn. I hope this changes for New China and helps whoever reads this.
Wonderful Food and Atmoshphere. The people were nice and my meal was great. I would reccommend this resturant to anyone.
