        HDI Solutions was founded in August 1981 as the Drug Data Company. The company s primary focus was on the analysis of drug utilization data and later expanded to service the entire health care industry. The company was changed from a proprietorship to a corporation and renamed Health Data in 1990, when it was legally incorporated in the State of Alabama. The company again broadened its scope from health care to the entire data capture and presentation sector, including data entry, document imaging, database management, data exchange and reconciliation, specialized reporting, fiscal agent processing, and web-related services. HDI Solutions offers its services primarily to local, state and federal government agencies.
