        Appointments mean nothing at this place

        I called one morning to make an appt for 5pm that same day. When I got there, they had me waiting for 40 minutes and when I asked what the delay was, they said it'd be another 10 minutes. I walked out. I'll find another place with better customer service. It's a shame for them because I just moved here and I tip very well.
