I've been shopping there for several years and the place is lovely. There are many stores and I always have encounter very pleasant and helpful staff personnel to assist me.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience today. I got my coupon book and used several. Would like to see the required purchase amounts lowered to use the coupon. I would use more if the required amounts were lower.

Was very disappointed with my visit

My husband and I had to dig through piles of clothes

The staff in the old Navy outlet should all be replaced
