I don't normally write reviews, but I feel the need to do so with this company because I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and rudeness. The AC in the house died in the hot summer, and I called to get it fixed. After follow-up the next day, Glen (owner w/ a begrudged tone) said he can have someone come at Noon. I waited 30min, and no courtesy call to mention tardiness. When I followed up, they said someone was on their way and would be coming at 1:30 instead. Huge discrepancy in time! Cut to 2:30pm when no one still showed and I called Glen who proceeded to yell at me: "Hold your horse hairs, lady. Read a damn book or something, but quit calling." [Click]. Yes, he hung up the phone on me - a paying customer who called only 2x so I could just schedule my day so I wasn't waiting around for 3+ hours! Terrible customer service, terrible work (they actually came out 1.5mon ago to service the house and still something broke!). PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK.
