Auto Store Towing

I requested roadside assistance through my insurance app on my phone around 10:15 pm.  Auto Store Towing accepted the job.  The ETA for the truck was 1 hour, after 90 minutes I attempted to contact Auto Store directly through the app.  No one answered the phone so I contacted my insurance company for answers.  The insurance representative was told that they could not do the job.  My phone number was listed in the request but no phone call!  Now it is midnight and no one is on their way to get me safely off the road.  Why accept the job if you know you can't complete it?  What if this was my wife waiting to be picked up?  You should not be in the towing business if you accept jobs to save people from dangerous situations, then not even have the decency  to call the person who is dealing with a broken down car waiting to be removed from harm's way.  You stole more than 2 hours of my life!  Thankfully a responsible towing company came to rescue my car and myself an hour later but they were on time with their ETA, I received five text messages updating me on the drivers location, etc (This was not Auto Store Towing and I don't want the name of the other towing company to be associated with them in any way).  Do yourself a favor and move on to the next towing company.

Prompt - Professional - Reliable - Courteous = Our experience with Auto Store Towing and owner/operator Jason. Our car would not start in a grocery parking lot. Jason was on the spot within 20-30 minutes and checked out our battery and starter before towing it to the garage. Although we live a bit away from the direct route to the selected garage, he offered to drive us home on the way. We would use him again in a flash and are happy to recommend him.

Everyone was great. I hope I don't need their service again, but if I do they are the ones I will use.

Auto store towing was very professional and prompt. I was stranded and they picked me up and towed my car to the shop. I would recommend them to anyone.

My car was recently towed by this company..Very questionable place of business!!!! After I gave them a considerable amount to get my car out I found out that my $300 Ipod was stolen out of my car and my phone charger..Are you kidding me...After trying to get in touch with the manager Jerry, who by the way would not return my phone calls, he was completely rude to me and acted if my concern was not important..Must be a regular thing for this company...Accusations of theft....Do not use this company!!!!!
