DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!Paid $99 for a special floral arrangement to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Only one attempt at delivery-recipient wasn't home. No reattempt; no attempt to contact me or recipient to attempt redelivery. I had to call the next day and get an explanation. John, the delivery manager, admitted they farmed out the delivery to a "courier" service and John wouldn't take responsibility, blaming it on the fact that the recipient wasn't home and apartment leasing office was closed (typical on Sunday). Unacceptable, particularly when I had to follow-up the next day and ask questions. In a rude way, he said "we'll just give you your money back."The store closed after 4:30 on Valentines Day, so no one could handle my complaint. The busiest day of the year, and thousands of dollars of deliveries going out, it's very frustrating to receive a recording and store closed at 4:30 pm, particularly when they didn't make the delivery they promised, and I wanted customer service.
Sad, but when dialing this number I get a recording that "this business number is no longer in service." Toni's did good work
Stunning floral design and service
I order flowers for my wife on their website on 4/2/14 to be delivered on 4/4/14 for my wife's birthday. On 4/4 I placed several calls to their customer service line -- they are completely useless. Friendly, but have no ability to track orders, change orders, find orders, etc... Long story short, they never attempted to deliverer the flowers. On the evening of 4/4 I received a single call back from Vivian -- who I believe is suppose to be the owner of the florist. She was completely discombobulated and had no clue what I was even saying. She couldn't find the order...hell by the end of the call I wasn't convinced she even knew what a florist was. On 4/5, I called Vivian back and she indicated there was a mix-up and she was able to find my order by it never left the shop for one reason or another and she would issue me a refund on Monday. She was very curt and didn't offer anything to appease my now unhappy wife. Come Monday, no refund. Tuesday, I called Vivian again who indicated she forgot to issue the refund until Tuesday morning...but had now processed it and it should show up by noon. Wednesday, I called Vivian, and she again confirmed she issued the refund. I called my bank and they were unable to find any credits or pending transactions on my account. Thursday, still no pending credits or refunds.... I've called Vivian 5 times and she hasn't picked up over the course of 3 hours. No Voice-mail is setup for her phone number. I've called the number listed on the website 100 times and there are no supervisors, no contacts, no one capable of doing anything. I'm now sitting on hold with Teleflora who is trying to reach Vivian on my behalf.... so far I have no flowers and no refunds.

This has to be the worst florist in GA. Valentines is only 1[one] day a year and I would think they would consider that pretty special too since its probably the busiest time for a florists shop. With that said : 1. Rude lady called didn't identify herself and asked if it was a residence , said she had a delivery. 2. I get home -no delivery 3. I called back , another lady said she will look into it , took my number down and never returned my call. 4. I called back 2 hours later and asked about my "delivery" again , another lady said there's a lot of traffic , driver should be there by 7 pm. *OK , mind you these were supposed to be a surprise and its already Valentines EVENING. 5. The lady Calls back at 9 pm- stating the driver couldn't find it and she didn't call to get directions because her phone DIED??? What delivery driver doesn't own a charger? on top of which there was no apology , nothing.I asked her if she "knew that its Valentines Night?" explained to her how horrible this is and what is she going to do about it? she said : She will double the order and personally make sure it will be delivered THE NEXT DAY, by 12 . 6.[NEXT DAY] Finally the flowers arrive at 2:36 pm [The same driver , because I recognized the voice] , half the roses looked open/wilted , she included a bear that looked like it was picked up at the salvation army with strings randomly hanging off it , and a dollar store box of chocolates , 2 balloons and [as she claimed she would] did not double the flowers and still not one "apology" . Did I also mention they misspelled "Valentines" on the card ?
Fuji Floral Design is great! The flowers are absolutely beautiful, and they last for about two weeks! And, the people who work there are very helpful! I love this place, and I would recommended to anyone!

I am still hearing comments from our guests about the gorgeous ceremony flowers (outdoor ceremony) and the exotic table arrangements.Verna had the insight to recommend some touches that I never considered, and they made all the difference. We were thrilled with the results.
