Agent Jimmy Jones is extremely unprofessional. He has walked into my home on multiple occasions without my permission. His buyer has also trespassed on my property by peeping into my windows while I was home with guests. When I came home one evening, I noticed that all of the lights were on in my house. I do NOT leave the lights on before I leave my home. I was terrified to walk in my own home because I didn't know if someone was still in there. Later I found out that Mr Jones came into the home (because he just felt like it) without the proper authorization procedures. When I requested an apology, agent Jimmy Jones told me that he does not owe me anything. I will see to it that Mr Jones nor his buyer gets away with this. I've never experienced this level of disrespect. He does not care about the privacy of others and feels like he can walk into your home whenever he can. If I could give zero stars for a company that associates themselves with a man like him then I would!
This was a very bad experience for me and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress. Delays, and pushing back my closing by 3 extra days was unacceptable to me. Having to dig out my Birth Certificate 3 days before my scheduled closing to prove who I was to Wells Fargo, was the breaking point. You'd think after 20 years they would know who I was. I voiced my concerns to everyone at this office, and it didn't matter and no one cared. There were screw ups at the closing too. Closing amounts didn't match up and had to be researched. Then after my first loan payment amount changed 3 times. If you are considering using WFHM...Don't. The level of professionalism from this office could have been so much better. After 5 other closings, that went smoothly, I guess that's on me. WFHM Mortgage did not meet my expectations. Check out all the complaints on-line. First Oxxford will send an inspector of their own to your home. The inspector will rip your home apart to find any problems he can. Many of these so called problems involve so called safety issues which they apparently pull out of thin air. You will be required to inform your buyer of said problems and Oxxford will demand that you fix them. This set of problems cost around 20 thousand dollars to fix. Then the buyer will come in with their inspector, who will of course find other things wrong and your company will be required to fix everything the first inspector might have missed. In our case another 6 thousand. They then will send an inspector of their choice to reinspect your home and will not pay you until they are completed.In short this company cost us more money than they saved and caused a nightmare of paper work while doing NOTHING to actually sell our home.You have been warned.
Wells Fargo has serviced my mortgage for the last 11 years and this office has been extremely helpful and easy to work with.
Femi Falade is a joke. This man cant close a loan. I was the seller and my buyer used this POS, we never made it to the closing table. After 3 missed dates I walked away from the sell. DO NOT USE FEMI he will screw you.
Run from Tampa Evolve... all talk no delivery, We did not actually get the clear to close until 30 days after the original closing date. This was the second house we bought in 2013 and Evolve was terrible!!! Brian & Misty should resign!
Horrible customer service, impossible to rich them. Advertising doesn't work at all. I would give them 0 star.
Nightmare! YP did not perform. On one year their advertising netted seven clients! For a grand total of $14,400. Their internet presence in non-existent. The customer service horrendous! Ad language is laughable...something akin to what high school kids would come up with. Impossible to cancel contract. On top of that they charge more than what they say and billed to two cycles after the contract ended. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.
Even submitting a review with this company is maddening. It was a mistake from the start, and cancellation is a nightmare. I refuse to pay on an account that i have cancelled by phone several times even though they tell you you have to send a certified cancellation letter. Then i couldnt even get a name and address to send the letter to. The collection agency they sent me to is all too familiar and told me they would never bother me again.
I had a great experience with Randy Lipp and his team at W.R. Starkey Mortgage. I really can't say enough -- they were proactive, smart and helpful. I recommend them to anyone who needs a solid broker. The home buying and selling process is scary, and Randy and his team made it a whole lot easier.
