I hate the cattle call they named boarding. There are no assigned seats and so it's pretty much first come, first serve. The flight attendants on both legs of my flight were helpful and courteous. The planes themselves are too small and makes it hard to be comfortable. I miss the days of real airline travel. A time when people actually had space to sit, meals were served and everything wasn't cheapened by discount travel.

We were able to speed thru TSA with no problems. My daughter's favorite part of the airport is the plane train. A fast moving train transporting people throughout the airport to different terminals and baggage claims. Plenty of eateries to choose from and yes it's pricey in the airport ( even your traditional fast food is higher in cost). And the bathrooms are super clean nothing worst than wanting to go and being totaly grossed out. All in all a clean airport and not a bad place to fly out of.
Me and Flying do not get along ,but I do understand why it's needed. Since I've started my life in the air I've been flying with Southwest ,but it wasn't until I went with another airline that I seen why I love them. The other airline wasn't bad , but it just wasn't Southwest. Each flight I've taken with them has been memorable. The flight attendants are always friendly and helpful. Once one of them song for us just to thank us for flying with them. I love the fact that your snacks come with the flight vs having to pay extra for them. They allow you two bags at no cost and you can always find a ticket at a great price. Once I was able to get a ticket from Chicago to Tampa for only $99 and I booked the flight the same day. This will always be the airline for me so, see you in the air.
Very friendly Staff! Large airport that is easy to navigate! On-time baggage claim! Clean facilities! I highly recommend! Next time you need airfare from Atlanta...I suggest using!
This airline should be named SouthWORST!!!!My first and last experience with them was horrible. The rep at the gate was rude & disrespectful. The one day they took from us almost caused us to miss our mother's 90th birthday celebration, in addition to the extra expenses and lost car reservation. I do NOT recommend. Fly at GREAT RISK. We spent nearly $1500 with them and were treated despicably. You get LESS than what you pay for with SouthWORST!!!!! I would not even rate them 1 star. Delta will get my business always.K. My assigned seat was double booked on both my flights back to back! I was on the plane in my assigned seat that my ticket stated and what do you think happens but another woman comes up with the exact ticket. I purchased two tickets together so my father and I could sit together. They airline bumped my seat, not his and re-sold my seat. Then they told me somehow I was reassigned to another seat. Guess what???? That seat had someone else in it too!!! I was stuck waiting at the back of the plane with my luggage mushed into some poor lady's back. When every last person was seated they shoe-horned me in between some strangers. When I transferred In Atlanta, the same exact situation immediately happened again. The flight attendants on both flights must hate their jobs or people, because they couldn't have been less interested or concerned about what I was going through. They were totally ignoring what was going on and just told me "wait and we'll see if you can be seated" That's it, cold and uncaring. I didn't even fuss with them because I know it's not their fault the Airtran computer system disregarded and bumped my reservation. I didn't get what I paid hundreds of dollars for. I would NEVER fly this airline again. What kind of business can do this to people. That kind of conduct wouldn't FLY with any respectable business. Watch out for this poor excuse of an airline.
