I never leave reviews..EVER.... but this was the worse customer experience I've EVER had. The man with the grey beard, who I assume was probably the owner as well, had the most unpleasant spirit that I have come in contact with in a while. I would have felt better stranded alone, on 285, during rush hour. Sir...it's never too late to switch professions and I think he should because clearly, he is unhappy with his current job. At first, I figured "we all have a bad day" but then I researched online and see others with the similar reviews. I'm glad I'm not a nasty person because my spirit won't allow me to say what I want. Atlanta is huge..there are plenty of other services here. I'd rather wait 4 hours then to ever have "BE RIGHT THERE" come anywhere near me. They can STAY OVER THERE...

Secure Parking Enforcement LLC, wrongfully booted my car, Friday 10/27/2017 while I was in Walgreens on North Ave and Courtland, 8:40 pm to 9:14 pm. I frequent this store for prescriptions. I contacted the number that was listed on my window 470-553-3570 after being booted. Their employee / representative Dale showed up. He said that it was announced on the intercom that a black Honda Element would be booted. To be frank, the announcement likely happened while I was in the restroom and did not hear. I showed Dale my receipts and explained to him that I was a customer of Walgreens and because of that I was authorized to park on the property. I told him that we should go inside and speak to the person that made the announcement to prove that I was in the store the entire time. He refused. I smelled alcohol on his breath and he looked like he had been drinking. He could not understand or comprehend what I said and he slurred his speech when responding. He said I had to pay $75 and call the company number 404-433-1610 to dispute the charge. I tried to reason and explain again. His response was the same. I called the number to dispute, let the company know that their employee looked like he had been drinking. I told the representative told I had all the facts to show that for 34 minutes I was a customer of Walgreens, and that I was wrongfully booted. He was rude, didn’t express concern for his driver, and then said he would call me back after he spoke to Dale. I never received a call back. I had to call numerous times try to resolve. Once the representative picked up the phone he said I was not in the store when my vehicle was booted. Total BS. I tried explaining to him once again but then he hung up the phone.Secure Parking Enforcement LLC, employees, and businesses practices are unethical and unsafe. I recommend businesses to consider other boot company options. I will no longer go to this Walgreens location for fear that I may be wrongfully booted again.

I needed a tow and found them online. The guy on the phone said 20 minutes. I okay but thinking no way is he gone to arrive in 20 minutes. There professionalism is on another level. He arrived in 15 minutes me and the wife really appreciate the honesty and quality. Thanks dude!
This company just came out on west park place to change 2 flat tires with used tires. I really appreciate the quality and price.

The the customer service reps that worked in the store awesome they are doing everything they can to make sure the customer is satisfied with all their needs and transportation and vacation information and trying to make it very affordable within the customer's budget. Plenty of smiles laughter and understanding throughout the service they provide.
This company booted a licensed real estate agent today, parked in legitimate visitor parking for the community, showing a home we represent on behalf of the owner, whom was parked in the spot for maybe 30 minutes. They claim that a visitor parking pass is needed to park in the visitor parking area. Maybe I am off base here, but can someone please explain to me how one would get a visitor parking pass out to every agent in the Greater Metro Atlanta area prior to that agent coming to show a home? After explaining the situation to the gentleman whom placed the boot and the owner of the company, we were informed that we would need to take it up with the HOA. If you know anything about HOA's you know that this is like jumping into a black hole. Agents and general public beware!
They came and picked me and the car up within a timely manner. They were very professional and made sure that I was okay. I will use them anytime!!!
