This school did an excellent job of organizing my classes around my schedule and working with me when it came to figuring out my language level needs. The staff is friendly and funny. My current Japanese course has been so fun and engaging, and Emiko knows just how to tailor her class to any burning questions I might have at the moment. I would highly recommend the courses (and the teacher!) to anyone looking to take Japanese. I also hear excellent things about the other languages. I wish I had the time to take more of them!
This organization does amazing work in the community. For those young men who are looking to help themselves and be productive citizens...you can only win with this organization.
DO NOT ENROLL AT THE CASCADE LOCATION! I have used the Kumon system for over 5 years at the Vinnings location with NO problems. I decided to transfer to the Cascade location because of location only. That was a BIG mistake. After 2 months I decided to leave because of very poor service. The owner Nicole was very unprofessional. Her staff is just as bad. Her attitude and the way she talks to the children and adults was truly horrible! Both of my children excel in school. I use Kumon to keep them ahead. I like Kumon and I feel it is a good program. The Cascade location is the worst!!! If you want to attend Kumon drive the extra few miles and attend the Vinnings location.
Bad place for children staff act like children and aren't great examples what so ever!
Very poor Center with elementary kids employed for assistance in the center
Becareful before you step foot behind the pits of hell. this place is no good and filled with unprofessional staff members with hidden agendas. The director and assistant are up to no good
YES!Atlanta (YES stands for "Youth Experiencing Success") was founded in 1988, and delivered its first Rising Star program in 1990. It mentors at-risk inner-city youth aged 14-18. Our objective is to have our participants, who enroll voluntarily, remain in and complete high school, while reducing the self-defeating behaviors that stand in the way of their maturing into fulfilled and contributing members of their community.Teens first attend a 4-Day Youth Intensive where they make commitments for self-improvement. They are assigned a trained adult volunteer who works with the teen for a full year to fulfill the teen's commitments.Full information is available on our web site http://www.yesatlanta.org
Our daughter was tutored in science for four years at Academic Advantage Tutoring. She excelled in science and was able to get into the college of her choice. We also enrolled our daughter in the ACT prep course. This truly prepared our daughter for the ACT test. Now our son is in high school and will be taking the SAT test prep course. Thank you Academic Advantage.
My children have attended academic advantage tutoring for 4 years now - summer program, individual tutoring, after school program and standardized test prep - and are excelling academically. They have no math anxiety and their overall confidence in their own ability to learn has been boosted tremendously.
I was very lucky to have the opportunity to work with my tutor Yuying. I can confidently say that she is the best tutor there is. She easily assessed my strengths and weaknesses, and helped me work around my weak points. Her commitment to raising my score was astonishing, and I appreciated the time and effort she put in. I could not recommend her enough, and within the first session, results will be apparent!!!
