I had an awesome Emergency Room experience at Emory Midtown. I thought by the size and fullness of the waiting room that I would be there for hours but I arrived at 7 and by 730 I was done and waiting for my prescriptions. I was even there on the Monday after a holiday...which apparently is always a busy day at the ER. THANKS EMORY YOU ROCK.

THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL IN GEORGIA VERY POOR STAFF VERY NON CARING VERY RUDE. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A RATING BECAUSE IT'S ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE 0. EMORY HOSPITAL OF MIDTOWN, PIEDMONT & GRADY TREATED ME WAY BETTER
Good staff with lots of resources. What has been challenging in trying to alleviate a painful hip condition is how very difficult it is to get an appointment without a month to two month wait. Very frustrating
This is a very nice hospital and we had a mostly great experience here with the birth of our third child. Emory is always a good choice.
My mom underwent knee and hip surgery and was hospitalized at Crawford Long on two separate occasions. The physicians are very competent but you don't see them much post surgery. The hospital care is not good. My mom had bed sores and had to continue treatment for these after her surgery. The nurses were overburdened with patients. The hospital was more concerned about turning the beds than patients well fare.
Dr. Ben White is incredible. He is the only doctor I have ever been to who is waiting in the exam room for you when you are called back from the waiting room. Wow! He is so friendly, and great with kids - my daughter loved seeing him!
0 rating, case management the worst, needed help placing sister in home, no help at all.Still same hospital just another name. My mother died there 3years ago and that another story, go to Grady or Dekalb Medical best patient and family services. Already told family no matter what do not send me to AMC, I want to live
South Fulton don't deserve a rating. I been here since 9sum this morning an they still haven't came in yet.
I really wanted to give it negative five stars. Avoid this hospital at all cost. The only reason why I came to this hospital cause it's near my house. For the last two hours of waiting in the ER a lady who I can see truly need immediate medical attention sit in the lobby cry very loud in pain. They said there is no room ready for her....at least they could give her something for the pain Then they say I might be seen cause I don't have my co-payment of 250. I never had to pay it up front at any hospital. I have always got a bill in the mail then made payment. If they refused me there would have been a serious issue in there. My oxygen level was below 89 which is very dangerous and if anything happen to me I would have been suing them. This hospital have wait time like Grady.
So true my mother is currently there and they keep asking me why are you letting your mom suffer. She is breathing on her own no tubes nothing. I stated to Dr Osinubi what do you want me to do crawl on top of her and smother her with a pillow! No one ever tells you anything. I called today to speak with the charge nurse because they want to amputate her leg they stated gangrene. I said since she was admitted in August we stated that she needed surgery on her left leg we are now in october. Spoke with the charge nurse stated that she did not know anything about it. What the hell! Never will I ever go there or take anyone that I care about, if you want them to live!
