I had my first and last experience with this company the other day. I got booted. I want to make it clear that I am not complaining that they did that. I admit I did not notice or adhere to the posted signage. It was far from the first time. I'm actually surprised this didn't happen to me a long time ago (ha ha ha). This happened in the Publix shopping center on North Avenue and Piedmont. I sometimes visit a park nearby, but since I'm using the lot, I ALWAYS make sure I buy something there. I thought that, along with the fact that I take a far away parking space, would make it "all good." Apparently not anymore. I am saying all this to warn people who frequent this area that you are not to leave the parking lot. Don't let this happen to you. They are really starting to crack down on this. What prompted me to write this review (and share it in as many places as I can) is that I felt I was lied to (at worst), or the communication on their part wasn't ideal (at best). The boot removal fee is $75, but I heard my boot guy quote me $55. Of course, there is a possibility that I just misheard him, but I doubt it. One tends to remember details like this very clearly when hit with an unexpected inconvenience. Either way, for "seventy-five" to be misunderstood as "fifty-five," that would mean the speaker has abysmal diction. After assuming I paid 55, I checked my credit card balance that night and saw I was charged 75. I called the number the next morning, and told my story, and the man I spoke to said "The boot removal fee is 75. No one said it was 55." I thought that wording was a little unnecessarily rude considering he wasn't there to hear the conversation. I simply said in response "Ok, they must have just told me the wrong thing" and immediately hung up, glad to have had the last word. Not wanting to just take his word for it, I did some research online and was able to confirm that 75 is the right amount. I was indeed charged correctly, so that made me feel better.Like I said, I am not complaining that they booted me. I have no problem taking my medicine and doing what I need to do to put this behind me. Just give it to me straight. Don't lie about the price, or at the very least (if he said the right number and I misheard), make sure your diction, grammar, and handwriting in the receipt are as top-notch as possible. All of the above were lacking from the attendant I dealt with. They will never do this to me again, but I hope anyone reading this who finds themselves in this situation will take all this into consideration. In theory, I like the idea of booting improperly parked vehicles and I understand why companies like this one exist, but because of what I described above, I find it hard to have any respect for this company.

Secure Parking Enforcement LLC, wrongfully booted my car, Friday 10/27/2017 while I was in Walgreens on North Ave and Courtland, 8:40 pm to 9:14 pm. I frequent this store for prescriptions. I contacted the number that was listed on my window 470-553-3570 after being booted. Their employee / representative Dale showed up. He said that it was announced on the intercom that a black Honda Element would be booted. To be frank, the announcement likely happened while I was in the restroom and did not hear. I showed Dale my receipts and explained to him that I was a customer of Walgreens and because of that I was authorized to park on the property. I told him that we should go inside and speak to the person that made the announcement to prove that I was in the store the entire time. He refused. I smelled alcohol on his breath and he looked like he had been drinking. He could not understand or comprehend what I said and he slurred his speech when responding. He said I had to pay $75 and call the company number 404-433-1610 to dispute the charge. I tried to reason and explain again. His response was the same. I called the number to dispute, let the company know that their employee looked like he had been drinking. I told the representative told I had all the facts to show that for 34 minutes I was a customer of Walgreens, and that I was wrongfully booted. He was rude, didn’t express concern for his driver, and then said he would call me back after he spoke to Dale. I never received a call back. I had to call numerous times try to resolve. Once the representative picked up the phone he said I was not in the store when my vehicle was booted. Total BS. I tried explaining to him once again but then he hung up the phone.Secure Parking Enforcement LLC, employees, and businesses practices are unethical and unsafe. I recommend businesses to consider other boot company options. I will no longer go to this Walgreens location for fear that I may be wrongfully booted again.
The driver and the service were great and timely. Price about what I expected. No surprises. Thanks!
This company booted a licensed real estate agent today, parked in legitimate visitor parking for the community, showing a home we represent on behalf of the owner, whom was parked in the spot for maybe 30 minutes. They claim that a visitor parking pass is needed to park in the visitor parking area. Maybe I am off base here, but can someone please explain to me how one would get a visitor parking pass out to every agent in the Greater Metro Atlanta area prior to that agent coming to show a home? After explaining the situation to the gentleman whom placed the boot and the owner of the company, we were informed that we would need to take it up with the HOA. If you know anything about HOA's you know that this is like jumping into a black hole. Agents and general public beware!
They came and picked me and the car up within a timely manner. They were very professional and made sure that I was okay. I will use them anytime!!!
Service was outstanding!made a bad situation a little easier.came in a timely fashion and was very helpful, they even found a awesome shop to take my car.
Had to call the police, the guy booted my car while we were standing outside near it. He said he was having a "bad day" and lied and told us he was the boss when we asked for his companies number. He pulled a gun out as I was trying to speak to him about the boot. This man also didn't have any identification on that showed he was licensed to place boots on cars or who he was. I called the police because this man was extremely hostile and unprofessional and I honestly wasn't sure if he worked for a company. After I called the police he went in his car and placed some type of identification around his neck. There were 4 other witnesses that saw this happen. It felt more like I got robbed or mugged for my money by this thug. For a company to allow this behavior is unacceptable. He also scratched my car as he placed all of his equipment on my hood which I have several pictures of and I will be seeking reimbursement for. I called the owner or operater of the company and got more attitude. Overall the whole experience was terrible and I have already reported it to the owner of the Lounge in that area that I frequent. It's not about what you do but how you do it. i have had my car booted before but the level of disrespect that this guy showed me and my other coworkers was on another level.
C & K 24 hr Wrecker Services got me right where I wanted to be and in the time that I needed to be there. Very professional very responsive towing service. Would totally recommend. Also, their 1hr or 20 bucks off promise is a one of a kind.
