I had a geeksqaud member tell me to bring my 50" TV in store to exchange because I had a protection plan and it would be exchanged for free. I ask are you sure a technician doesnt come to my home? She says no and tells me the only way is to bring in the TV. I go back home to haul the thing all the way there to be told by another more competant geeksquad member that i need to schedule a techinician to come out to my home. Very frustrating to say the least.
We had the most horrible delivery experience. After taking off work to be there for the delivery, the two guys show up and tell me they aren’t strong enough to carry the fridge (normal, counter depth fridge) to the second floor where our kitchen is located. As a result, we had no fridge for the additional 5!! days it took best Buy to get delivery people out. It was really very unprofessional to send delivery people who weighed like 130 and weren’t able to carry the appliances. Completely disappointing. Won’t buy at Best Buy again.
The service this company provided while installing my television was quick and detailed. I was very impressed with their professionalism and I would highly recommend their service.
The staff is helpful, the selection is good, and it's awesome that they offer an electronics/appliance recycling program.
Our Vizio was repaired by Epac Electronics on 2/11/2014. It gave us problems again totally unrelated to prior repairs on 10/25/15, A very nice and friendly technician came out and diagnosed the problem and determined the problem. He repaired the circuit board and reinstalled everything accordingly at no additional charges. I would HIGHLY recommend Epac Electronics.
I called they came,they fixed,I paid.Thank epacMy Mitsubishi tv was intermittly working .I dreaded them coming out and the tv not display the problem.The tv worked fine on his 1st visit.He informed me how to watch for tell tell sign to track the intermittly tv,I call back the 1st sign of trouble ,they came in the next two hrs.Found the trouble . I got my 50 inch LG repaired by EPAC and the process was totally painless and super fast. I called them up yesterday morning, explained to him that it would no longer power on, they came out to my house and picked up the TV about an hour later. They called and agree on the repair charge and later that same afternoon he had the TV fixed and was able to drop my TV off at 9am the very next day. He helped me plug all the connections back in and made sure everything was ok. The TV now works perfectly.The customer service was great. Courteous, timely, and excellent communication. They guarantee their work. I highly recommend using them.
Best Audio store in Atlanta! I say this as a female who's husband has dragged her to audio stores all over the world, literally. This store has all of the equipment for the "gear heads," but it also has an experience associated with it. The art, furniture, and atmosphere makes it friendly, and unintimidating, for the audiophiles and their spouses. I highly recommend a visit soon!
I have never been so mad and disappointed after I purchased a product. I bought a washer one month ago, the delivery team left the washer without installation. I have called costumer service 7 times and went to the store twice, none of them actually fixed it. It was supposed to be fixed three weeks ago, and now my washer is still unfunction. Today is the third time I scheduled a delivery team, and I'm not sure they will call me or not, I have lost my trust to this company, and I will never purchase their products any more.
I like this location more than the other Best Buy locations. They have a better selection of computers and the store seems to be setup very well.
